4. Custom Development & Reskin Services

When hiring us for custom projects or reskinning:

  • You agree to provide accurate information and required assets.
  • Payment terms, delivery dates, and revision limits will be discussed before starting.
  • All projects are considered non-refundable once production has begun.

5. Payments & Delivery

  • All payments are processed securely via trusted third parties (PayPal, Stripe, or similar).
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive instant digital access or delivery within the stated time.
  • GamesClouds does not store credit card information.

6. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and instantly downloadable, we do not provide refunds after purchase unless:

  • The downloaded product is corrupted or missing key files, and our support team is unable to provide a fix.
  • You made a duplicate purchase by mistake.
