At GamesClouds, we value our customers and want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
However, because our products are digital software assets and Unity source codes, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed.


1. Digital Products

All products sold on https://gamesclouds.com — including Unity source codes, game templates, UI/UX assets, and related materials — are delivered digitally and are not eligible for physical return.

We recommend reviewing product descriptions, screenshots, and technical requirements carefully before completing a purchase.


2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • The purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or not functioning as described, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement.
  • A duplicate purchase was made accidentally using the same account.
  • The product has been removed from our store before you could download it after payment.

To request a refund, contact our support team at admin@gamesclouds.com within 7 days of your purchase.
Include your order number, purchase email, and a short explanation of the issue.


3. No Refunds for:

Refunds will not be issued for the following cases:

  • Change of mind or incorrect product selection.
  • Compatibility issues caused by outdated Unity versions or third-party plugins.
  • Misuse, modification, or alteration of our code or assets after download.
  • Completed or ongoing custom reskin/development projects (since these are service-based).

4. Product Support & Fixes

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to contact our technical support team.
We often resolve most issues by providing updated files, import instructions, or project fixes within 24–48 hours.


5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued only through the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
